Haunted Dreams Effects Studio, founded in 2004 by Hollywood makeup and effects artist Michael Dinetz, is a full-service makeup and effects studio for the entertainment industry.  Our team can provide anything from a simple beauty or corrective makeup, small-scale out of kit effects and simple prosthetics, to large-scale multiple piece prosthetic appliance makeups, creature suits, and false bodies.

 

We utilize a combination of classical technique, artistic talent, and cutting-edge technology to bring your dreams to life.  We offer flexible pricing to accommodate all varieties of production and range of budget.  At Haunted Dreams Effects Studio, we focus on each individual client, their unique budget, and their unique needs.  We believe there is no challenge too large.
 

We strive to bring you the most innovative solutions and mind-blowing effects. Although we are not a massive studio, we do offer you big studio processes, rather than the shortcuts that other smaller studios employ. Simply put, we offer processes at a kinder price than a massive studio. In addition, all our key artists possess current valid US passports, so we can handle any show regardless of shooting location. Whether you need a single artist or a whole team, custom laboratory prepped materials or just an on-set artist, we can deliver.
